Contributions are limited to $250. Contributions are not deductible for any income tax purposes. Election law requires political committees to report the name, physical address, occupation and name of employer for each entity whose contributions aggregate in excess of $99 in a calendar year. Please include it in the notes, or we will reach out to clarify the information soon after.

As of 1/1/2023 per the Levine Act, while a license, permit, or other entitlement for use from the City is pending, and for 12 months after a final decision is made on the matter, a City officer may not accept a contribution of more than $250 from a party, a participant with a financial interest, or their respective agents.
