Thank you for the privilege to serve as Mayor of Carmel-by-the-Sea.  It has been an honor serving my local community and I continue to be dedicated to public service. I believe in a collaborative approach to governance, and that all politics is local.

I remain committed to preserving our heritage, making services more efficient and accessible, ensuring fiscal responsibility, maintaining all our public safety sectors and protecting the quality of life for our families.  I will continue to ensure that we respect the public process and that decision-making in our local government is transparent, collaborative and effective.
